I worked as an Associate Director on the Telugu biographical drama George Reddy, a film known for its massive crowd sequences, emotionally charged performances, and complex campus action set-pieces.
I was part of the film for one and a half years, deeply involved from pre-production to the final schedule. The film was a huge learning ground and shaped my confidence as a director.
Key Responsibilities
• Directed supporting actors and guided them through emotional beats.
• Worked closely with the lead actress on scene intent and transitions.
• Managed 100–500 junior artists daily for blocking, reactions, and continuity.
• Coordinated large crowd sequences, campus movements, and protests.
• Collaborated with the director on script notes, scene breakdowns, and performance shaping.
• Designed actor movement and crowd behavior for complex frames.
• Maintained clear communication across departments during high-pressure shoots.
